Watermelon Grape Smoothie

What to eat? Watermelon and grapes come together in this delicious vegan smoothie drink, doubling up as liquid skin care. Stress often results from inadequate hydration, which also leads to a tired look. You may simply need to recharge your body with skin-loving nutrients!

Watermelon Grape Smoothie Recipe


What You Need

1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice – directly from the fruit!

1 cup watermelon chunks, frozen

Half a cup silken tofu (not to be confused with firm tofu)

1 cup seedless grapes, cleaned and frozen

1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)

What You Need to Do

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or a blending bullet

2. Blend everything until smooth and slush-like

3. Transfer into a glass or two

Makes up to 2 servings


Recipe Notes

…. Frozen grapes are great for snacking too!

….. Use ¼ cup of orange juice instead of ½ cup to create a smoothie bowl with a soft serve sorbet consistency, perfect for snacking or for brunch! Toss on some coconut, toasted pine nuts and/or some chia seeds.
